- Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager | CRB
A CRB designation represents the highest level of achievement in real estate brokerage management and is the most coveted designation one can earn in residential real estate. Fewer than 1% of active real estate professionals qualify to earn this prestigious designation. - The Seller Representative Specialist | SRS
A SRS designation is the premier credential in Seller Representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy. This represents a global community of REALTORS who use their advanced training and expertise to go above and beyond their client’s expectations. - Accredited Buyer’s Representative | ABR
An ABR designation is the premier credential in Buyer Representation. It is focused on advocating for homebuyers and is recognized as distinguished agents in the industry. The designation program establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer’s representative. - Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification | RENE
The RENE designation is for real estate professionals who have sharpened their negotiation skills. This certification program gives REALTORS the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. - Member, Appraisal Institute | MAI
The MAI membership designation is held by professionals who provide a range of services on all types of real property related to providing opinions of value, evaluations, review, consulting and advice on investment decisions, among other things. Property types may include commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, and vacant land. These individuals have the necessary commercial property valuation experience and knowledge to produce a valuation that ensures confidence. This designation is the equivalent of a Master’s Degree in real estate valuation. - Certified Commercial Investment Member | CCIM
CCIM designees are proven leaders in commercial real estate who care as much about the expertise, ethical responsibility, and quality of their service, as they do about the result. Individuals earn the CCIM Designation by: completing a rigorous program including an elite curriculum; demonstrating a depth of proven experience; and exemplifying a commitment to ethics and deal-making. - Ninja Certified Manager | NCM
Completion of the Ninja Certified Manager means the designee is trained for excellence in client service and in the operation of real estate companies. Chip and Herbert were the first brokers in the world to meet the stringent requirements to earn the coveted Certified Ninja Manager Designation. Currently there are 50 CNMs in the world. - Graduate of the REALTOR Institute | GRI
A REALTOR with the GRI designation has in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process and is one who’s trained to offer unparalleled service to their clients. - Certified Residential Specialist | CRS
The Certified Residential Specialists designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, CRS designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non-designee REALTORS. - Commitment to Excellence Designee | C2EX
The National Association of REALTORS empowers REALTORS to evaluate, enhance and showcase their highest levels of professionalism. - Coldwell Banker Previews Designee (now Global Luxury Property Specialist)
Is a member of an elite group within the Coldwell Banker organization worldwide and transact on average $288 million in daily luxury home sales. - General State Certified Appraiser
